Clinical Services​

Smoking Cessation Program​

Our smoki​ng cessation program offers an 8-week package consisting of:

  • Personal consultations with specialized physicians
  • Prescription of nicotine replacement or non-nicotine medications*
  • Behavioral counseling sessions led by certified smoking cessation counselor**
  • Carbon monoxide monitoring
  • Pulmonary functions' testing
  • Acupuncture sessions (optional)***
  • Dietitian consultation (optional)
  • Portfolio tracking participant's performance throughout the cycle
  • A one year follow-up plan by phone to monitor participant's compliance and maintenance

* Medication treatment is tailored to each individual.

** Behavioral counseling is done on an individual level.

*** Acupuncture session is done on an individual level.

**** The program is suitable for those wanting to quit cigarettes or waterpipe (arguileh) or any type of tobacco product.

In a one-stop personal care, you can:

Travel Health

For healthy holidays and safe business trips, we offer:

  • Travel-specific vaccines
  • Advisory consultation for travelers to tropical and high risk areas

Executive Health Checkup

The Executive Health Program (EHP) offers comprehensive, evidence-based health packages tailored to managers, as well as busy executives and their family members. The program entails a personalized and preventive head-to-toe medical examination along with lifestyle assessment. You have the choice to take it in an outpatient setting or have it prescheduled and implemented over a one-night stay in a private, luxurious, and comfortable setting.


Integrative Health Services

Acupuncture

Our "Medical Acupuncture Clinic" provides you with one of the safest and most effective evidence-based pain treatments. An acupuncture treatment course consists of 10 sessions on average. The average duration of one session is 45-60 minutes. Maintenance or consolidation sessions can be prescribed on bi-weekly or monthly basis later on.

Life Coaching

Life coaching helps you master your life, deal with everyday stress, and achieve your personal, career, and business goals. It is a process that helps you dramatically improve your vision on work and life by unlocking your potential through guidance and personal empowerment. We offer individual 60-minutes sessions with a certified life coaching, stress management and personal growth specialist made on appointment basis.

Yoga

Inspired by the Ashtanga yoga series of poses, we offer a 60-minutes yoga class which focuses on practicing different postures that yield a dynamic flow of movement called "Vinyasa" while using your breath to create harmony between the mental and physical channels of the body. Through this practice of breath-synchronized movements, you will shape up, tune in, and release stress simultaneously. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00 pm till 1:00 pm at Wassef and Souad Sawwaf Building, 4th floor, Wellness Room

Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is a set of breathing techniques that comprises concentration and relaxation for the purpose of attaining mind-body awareness and developing focused attention. We offer a 60-minutes group meditation class that help you reduce stress, improve well-being, and manage conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Wednesdays 5:00 pm till 6:00 pm at Wassef and Souad Sawwaf Building, 4th floor, Wellness Room

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi promotes serenity through physical exercise and stretching and as adjunct to standard medical therapy. We offer a 60-minutes group and private sessions that helps you maintain strength, balance, and vitality. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Fridays 11:00 am till 12:00 pm at at Wassef and Souad Sawwaf Building, 4th floor, Wellness Room

Fitness Class

Achieve well-toned muscles with the new fitness class by Certified Trainer.

Mondays from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. and Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m.
