ServicesFood Services prepare and serve attractive and satisfying meals under high standards of sanitation for patients, visitors and staff. Food Services stay up to date on new techniques and technologies in the field of Food Services. Patient Meal Service: Food Service Hosts deliver patient meals based on their diet orders and nutritional needs. Service excellence is achieved by promptly attending to patient requests. AUBMC Cafeteria welcomes staff and visitors seven days a week. It offers a variety of options for all tastes through a three-week cycle menu

AUB dietetic students rotate within the Food Services Department as part of their supervised practice experience to meet competencies in planning, delivering and managing all food service activities.
