Registration

An AUBMC patient registration number is required for each patient cared for at the medical center. If you have never seen an AUBMC physician before, you will be registered on the day of your visit. Therefore, make sure you bring an identification card, or passport. The Patient Registration number is needed to schedule all appointments.

NOC Clinic visit

Please allow 1-2 hours for your appointment. However, no two patient visits are the same and your physician will spend as much time as needed to ensure appropriate assessment and understanding of your care. Please prepare for possible delays with the assurance that you will have the time you need with the doctor.

What to expect on the day of your visit and after the visit

You will check in at the registration desk. Then, a nurse who will collect basic information about your medical and surgical history and vital signs (Blood pressure, temperature etc.) will see you then the doctor will see you. At the end of your visit, the nurse will be back again with the doctor to answer pertinent questions related to your visit, arrange for necessary referrals and reports. Our nurses will be available to answer your follow up questions and direct it to the physicians when needed.
