The Health and Wellness Center in collaboration with the Student Wellness Outreach at AUB's Student Affairs hosted a "Laughter Yoga" session on April 25, 2019 by Karuna and Reiki Master, Mrs. Nawal Fleihan. Laughing strengthens all immune functions, brings more oxygen to the body and brain, creates positive feelings, and improves interpersonal skills. Through guided laughing exercises and breathing activities, participants learned to relax the body and mind, and to be fully grounded in the present moment.
