Acupuncture
Our "Medical Acupuncture Clinic" provides you with one of the safest and most effective evidence-based pain treatments. An acupuncture treatment course consists of 10 sessions on average. The average session’s interval is 48-72 hours, and the average duration of one session is 45-60 minutes. Maintenance or consolidation sessions can be prescribed on bi-weekly or monthly basis later on.

Yoga
Inspired by the Ashtanga yoga series of poses, we offer a 90-minutes yoga class which focuses on practicing different postures that yield a dynamic flow of movement called "Vinyasa" while using your breath to create harmony between the mental and physical channels of the body. Through this practice of breath-synchronized movements, you will shape up, tune in, and release stress simultaneously. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Mindfulness Meditation
Meditation is a set of breathing techniques that comprises concentration and relaxation for the purpose of attaining mind-body awareness and developing focused attention. We offer a 90-minutes group meditation session that help you reduce stress, improve well-being, and manage conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi involves a series of movements accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi promotes serenity through physical exercise and stretching and as adjunct to standard medical therapy. We offer a 90-minutes group session that helps you maintain strength, balance, and vitality. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

We offer massage therapy that helps in healing, injury prevention, enhancement, re-balancing and rehabilitation of several types of pain and health conditions. It can improve your performance and enhance your relaxation and well-being. Our massage therapy sessions are offered by professional massage therapists on appointment basis.
