Nurses' well-being is an important issue that is being addressed by the nursing leadership team and shared governance councils on continuous basis.

Well-being initiatives include:

1-Psychological Personal Protective Equipment

2-Recognition

3-Positive Work Environment

The three initiatives will serve the following objectives:

1-Address nurse fatigue and well-being.

2-Create the structure of Code Lavender at AUBMC.

3-Create joyful and positive work environment through recognition and teamwork.
